Ridiculous Bench

Hand-painted faux marbling, checks, dots and gold leaf, traditional Scottish tartan and Florentine papers, and ceramic floral transfers over a hardwood frame. Preposterously perfect from top to bottom, the Ridiculous Bench is supported by handmade and decorated , gold-lustred, majolica feet, and decked out with a sassy sash of handmade glass beaded fringe. The reversible cushion flips between a dark floral tapestry and tomato and ochre stripe, with a buffer of gold moiré stripe, is tufted with brass buttons and silk roses, and trimmed in MacKenzie-Childs checked cording.
